Concept & Design:

Rosedale, Kolkata, has been designed for a family of four. Spread across 4 bedrooms,2 rooms With the attached toilet and one common toilet.

All done up in hues of beiges and browns with some pastel shades. There is a hobby room with various musical instruments, where the client spends ample time on his hobbies.

The wooden ceiling above the dining area and bright colourful open kitchen makes the whole space warm and inviting. There is a big utility attached to the kitchen, which makes the overall house operation very organised.

Flooring is done up in beige marble with lots of interesting characters.

Since the client’s younger son is an artist, kept lot of walls plain painted to display art. The guest room is done up in mushroom and grey shades.
